I.  ______________ CAREFULLY

He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will abide in the shadow of the Almighty. (Psalm 91:1)

But I desire to speak to the Almighty and to argue my case with God.       (Job 13:3)

The Lord said to Job: “Will the one who contends with the Almighty correct him? Let him who accuses God answer him!” Then Job answered the Lord: “I am unworthy—how can I reply to you? I put my hand over my mouth.     (Job 40:1-4)

  • God wants to talk to you about what He ______ to do (v.2-8)

>God plans to give Abram a ___________ (vs.1-7)

>God plans to give Abram a ___________ (v.8)

>God plans to give Abraham a _________ (v.16-19)

-Genesis 18:11-14a

  • God wants to talk to you about ___________

II. ________________ COMPLETELY

Trust in the Lord with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding. Seek His will in all you do, and He will direct your paths. (Proverbs 3:5,6)

You will keep in perfect peace all who trust in You, whose thoughts are fixed on You! (Isaiah 26:3)

III. ___________________ WHOLEHEARTEDLY

For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God (Romans 3:23)

The eyes of the Lord search the whole earth in order to strengthen those whose hearts are fully committed to him… (II Chronicles 16:9a)

*Circumcision was an ____________ sign of an inward commitment.

When you came to Christ, you were “circumcised,” but not by a physical procedure. It was a spiritual procedure—the cutting away of your sinful nature. For you were buried with Christ when you were baptized. And with him you were raised to a new life because you trusted the mighty power of God, who raised Christ from the dead. (Colossians 2:11,12)
